BTW: My (finicky eater) FIL “inspected” the glazed ham before we served it, and he said the way it was presented (cloves et al) is the “proper and correct way” of doing up a ham. In the past 20 years of dining with him, this was the first time where he asked for seconds on a meal (he ended up with a happy belly ache!) - loves your stuffing.
This was his first time ordering from you (we had mentioned several times about your dinners to him) and he felt he got good value for his money - he was VERY happy with the meal so thank you (for making me look good in front of him!??

I am registered in 3 of your new classes this term.  Chef Helena is the so easy to learn from.  I love the fact she is so down to earth and so much fun.  Classes are fantastic.  I should know this is my 9th class with her.  Thank you so much Chef for the best value in town!

I am in your ABC's of cooking class and I have to give a great big thanks to Chef Helena.  She has the best teaching skills and she is so friendly.  I will be taking her new classes this fall.  "Pork on a fork" sounds like fun and so does "Cooking on a dime"  I can't wait
