At our home ,Christmas is a special time , when all the family are gathered and we have great fun ,drinks and lots to eat. We have many fond memories from years past.
This year with some trepidation we decided to order your complete Christmas Dinner, our worries were unfounded as Sandra and I along with all our family were truly delighted with the marvellous feast you brought to our door, everything was cooked to perfection and with the instructions provided and the lovely centre piece[great touch] ,we could not have enjoyed a better meal.

I am in your ABC's of cooking class and I have to give a great big thanks to Chef Helena. She has the best teaching skills and she is so friendly. I will be taking her new classes this fall. "Pork on a fork" sounds like fun and so does "Cooking on a dime" I can't wait
