I wanted to comment on how lovely it was to have your turkey to go last Christmas. It was such a good value and the gravy was excellent but the stuffing was out of this world. I am going to order 2 extra to have in my freezer for my family. The turkey was so nicely decorated and the cranberry sauce was just perfectly sweet. Thank you for making me look like a hero in front of my family.

Thanks for the kind words. Everyone said you were amazing and I agree. You both made it so easy for me. It was the best decision to have you handle the catering. I really couldn't have done it myself, even with help.
We enjoyed all the leftovers and it was lovely that you brought boxes so others could take stuff home. It made me so happy that nothing went to waste.
If I ever have another event, you are going to be my first call!!!

I am in your ABC's of cooking class and I have to give a great big thanks to Chef Helena. She has the best teaching skills and she is so friendly. I will be taking her new classes this fall. "Pork on a fork" sounds like fun and so does "Cooking on a dime" I can't wait
